Our company in Singapore is starting a wholesale ecommence website. We need: 1) Integrated E-com website with Administrative portal including Work flow process CRM, HR functionality for payroll leave tracking, Sale Analysis abilities, email marketing, zen desk or Facebook chat bot, report generating, monitoring abilities etc...  2) Android Mobile App with Similar function mirroring the linked Ecom website updating will be flecked automatically vice-versa  3) iOS Mobile App with the same function as mention above. Our main aim is to have everything be able to control from one place. The website and app having the abilities to capture updates and reflect the updates automatically or with just a one touch updating ability. To minimize administrative work and streamline process. Website should have a streamline sale process from visitors to sales conversion to payment to delivery, we are aiming at minimum human supervision to best automated process. We want to also include in a RCA report for all default delivery and or refund request to provide maximum transparency in our customer service SLA. We are open to listen to your concept and Open to using any possible programming skills and such.
