2 Power BI dashboards / pbi reports

The goal is to create 2 Power BI reports showing if facilities/departments/units at various facilities are over or under capacity. This is a start of many reports and right now I am looking for someone who knows PBI inside out, who can explain to me how he did this project, and how cleanly he writes the code. I have 3 facilities that have various departments, and each department can have multiple units and they can be physically located in that facility or be virtual (but still allocated to that facility). I also have a maximum # of people that can be in these units, and people are constantly moving. The report will show me a breakdown for each facility/department/unit and at what capacity we are currently at. It will also show me a 7-day trendline. I will provide an excel with 2 tables (this will eventually be in MS SQL). See attached PDF for more info. Table1: UnitInfo. It lists all units for facilities, the max occupancy for that unit, what department the unit belongs to, and the type (virtual vs physical unit) I can have a Support unit that is part of IT department. This Support unit can have up to 10 people. It’s of type physical since it’s physically located in facility #1. Table2: UserLocation. It contains info on which unit the users are currently in or where they were. People can move from unit to unit in a matter of minutes and we have a timestamp of when they do so. People can also completely leave the facility and therefore shouldn’t be counted toward current occupancy (datetime should be used for trendlines). Power BI report 1 could show me totals, capacity % for facilities,, and virtual vs physical. When we are nearing capacity at let’s say 50%, colors should be orange. When at 75% or more, color should be red Report 2 could show the breakdown for all units and departments (separating physical vs virtual) together with a 7 day trendline. If this project is done well, future projects, we will report on users (different tables that I am not providing here), how long a person has been in the facility/unit, where they went, reasons for, more trendlines, etc. Future reports will get more complicated.
