Configure and Integrate 3rd Party BI platform with Trello.com

I work with Trello everyday, it´s my tracking system. I work with API every day and I have worked with real estate and investments as operator, programmer and system analyst. I prefer to connect one done, I must analyse more deeply your requirements to say you need a this one or another. If you see the other system as completo to your function no problem, I integrate it. My plan, simple and efficent: -Send me any files you have, description and if possible a diagram/mockup/image/text/sample about final result -I start work, first version I sent you, test it while I am testing and you correct me any style or misunderstanding about business rules -Final work PROCEDURES My usual roadmap: -Project management (PM) -Analysis, programming (PM) -Programming, APIS, Integration (PM) -Production Remote Work -Online distance working: Skype Google docs or a virtual dashboard for mockups/diagrams/shemes. -Daily communication automatized workflo with Trello. -Extreme programming, Agile methods.
