Smart contract on erc 20 token

Dear Client I have reviewed the project description and would like to let you know that we have already developed Smart Contract and have very good level of experience with it. But reviewing the project specifications, it doesn't seems like a smart contract or a DAPP is needed here. Because any of it would create a new coin and it looks like you do not want to create a new coin but would like us to do some specific tasks on another smart contract. This could be done by simple programming and there is no need of a smart contract. Please find my comments for the tasks requested as under: - montly make a snapshot of a specific contract token on ethereum blockchain OweBest: This is fine. You can let us know the specific contract and we'll take the snapshots of its block chain. - find address where this token are stored OweBest: This is fine but can be achieved only via an API because block chain have Cloudflare and this cannot be achieved by code. - select if in each address there are more or less than 2500 token OweBest: This is fine and again could be done via API. I believe this might change rapidly from min to min as soon as the people will buy or sell the token. - divide (proportionally to quantity of token holded,) eth that there is in a specific addres to all token holder (but only who old more than 2500 token) OweBest: This is fine. Hello, i'm a solidity developer and i can create a contract with those requirements, but there is some things you need to know: 1.- If the token is already deployed i't very probable that the contract cannot fetch the data by itself, in order to do that the token contract must be customized. 2.- Ethereum contracts cannot trigger functions in determinated time automatically, that should be done manually or by an descentralized application. 3.- If you want to make the transfers from this contract, you need to send the eth to the contract Please send me any question you have Regards
