Actively looking to fill a Project Manager position in Bangalore (client site near Trinity Circle, MG Road, Bangalore) in the coming week. Ideally someone with experience in HR/ Project Management; 4-6 years of experience inside organizations. This is a short term (3-5 months) contract based role. Key Responsibilities • Work with project team on implementation of an online platform • Communicate regularly with client for project deliverables • Provide appropriate support to clients during the project period • Allocate and review / monitor tasks as part of delivery • Adherence and compliance to Project / Organization processes and standards • Document the status of all queries received, track them to closure and regularly communicate the status to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery • Content will range around competency mapping, job descriptions and overall career management • Create/modify reports for clients/internal stakeholders; organize content Requirements: • Individual contributor role- must take initiative and reach out to others for clarity and completion of project scope and objectives • Should be able to work independently at client site with support from the TT team • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience in project management • Should have eye for detail • Ability to establish and maintain trust with all clients and stakeholders • Must be proficient in use of MS-Office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel
