Help with Simple Python Script - add few lines

Hi, I have a simple assignment to catch all possible combinations using a Python script. I have worked on it myself and I can catch more or less 95% of the combinations but missing around 5% possible combinations. I think the assignment is simple enough but require some time which I don't have. I'll provide you with the code that I have written and all you need to do is, add on my code so that it can catch all possible combinations. Please ask for the source code that I have and we'll go from there. Thanks for looking into my project.
