Yo, I'm a novice programmer but fast becoming medium competent. Only been coding like a month seriously. 1) What is the process of creating a new package (or library) in python and How to access the package in a different python file ? What python packages do you usually use (example: scikit-learn, etc) I use anaconda to create all my environments as its much easier than Terminal. I use pandas, numpy, csv, regex, PyPDF2, PyQT mostly via uypter and PyCharm. I'm hoping to improve my skills with Django and SQL as well and then focus on some of the machine learning modules like tensorflow etc. once I can refer to myself as an advanced coder.
