Urgent Python XML Parsing script

I have experience in working with python and element tree, I have worked on other projects similar to this, on transforming other formats in python.

I have extensive experience with Python and have been using it for over 15 years now including dealing with large data XML files (most of them for academic research with astrophysical data) and know of the issues you are currently running in to. I have gone ahead and placed a bid now and we can get started any time you are ready to begin.
