Virtual Staging for Real Estate EXPERT

I am looking for designers that have experience with virtual furniture staging for the real estate industry. You must use 3DS Max. There is the potential for ongoing work for the right person who can: 1: Virtually stage furniture in a realistic way 2: Has excellent design skills (not just technical skills). 3: Has their own extensive library of models 4: Can stage all interior and exterior spaces To make sure we get the right person/s for the job I have included 3 test images (instructions below). You are free to watermark them so they can't be used anywhere else. Please send back the finished outputs with your application for this job. There may be additional testing required to check that you can do the job well and are able to deliver this type of work consistently. Image 1: This is an outside pool area. Please see the reference image below for layout of where to stage outdoor furniture. Image 2: This is a Master Bedroom. In the foreground, place a Queen bed with the bedhead against the right hand wall, a rug, side table with a side light. In the background (far end of the room), add wall art, an easy chair, and a side table or wall unit/chest of drawers. Image 3: This is a living, dining and kitchen area. Rear left of image, add a pool table. At the rear right of image place a dining table. In the living area (foreground left), please add a couch, rug and coffee table facing camera. In the kitchen area, add bar stools, stainless steel fridge freezer and microwave to match. Please use your discretion if placing any wall art or clocks. Good luck!
