A) Write a report setting out method of construction, construction sequence and your assumptions. In addition, you must submit a sketch/sequence diagram for the construction sequence proposed. Remember that if you need to make your own assumptions regarding method of construction, sequence, resourcing and choice of any additional activities, these should be clearly justified in your report (Maximum 800 words). B) B-1) Draw network diagram (AoA and AoN) for the construction of the building showing the Critical Path(s) (with ES/EF and LS/LF calculations). B-2) Submit a linked bar chart sequence for the construction of the building showing the Critical Path(s) and Float(s) – using Primavera computer software. B-3) Explain to your client what the key tasks are that determine the duration of this project. C) Discuss the advantages of using composite floor system for this project and its effect on the duration of the project (Maximum 300 Words)? D) Considering your proposed plan, explain if it is possible to reduce the duration of the project? How? (Explain clearly and in detail – Maximum 500 Words).
