Order to amend deficient complaint

I Laramie Foster Smith am a veteran of the United States Navy I am service-connected with 100% schizophrenia. To be 100% disabled by VA standards means that you are totally disabled. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has stringent criteria veterans must meet to receive this rating. Schizophrenia involves a range of problems with thinking (cognition), behavior, and emotions. Signs and symptoms may vary, but usually involve delusions, hallucinations, or disorganized speech, and reflect an impaired ability to function. Symptoms may include Delusions. These are false beliefs that are not based on reality. Other symptoms are illusions, Disordered thinking, Disordered behavior, Flat affect- lack of emotional expression, Agitation, Inappropriate reactions, Phobia, Lack of pleasure or interest in activities, Lack of motivation to do anything, and Decreased speech output, because of my disability I have difficulty communicating and expressing my thoughts so please excuse me as I tried to communicate my complaint. On November 26, 2019, I came in for work and the lights were off so I wanted to turn the lights on a young lady says don't turn on the lights because I have a headache can you wait a few minutes I told him what we were supposed to open up at 8:00 you can wait until somebody comes I said no I'm not gonna wait so I tried to turn on the light and the young lady blocked me from trying to turn on the light we did that several times until I shoved her arm out of the way the police was called and a report was written up only report it said dad they were not going to charge me for assault and it also only reported said that they were not going to charge her with assault the department of veteran affairs has 15 days to file a notice if they want to dispense adverse or any disciplinary action against me and I was also told by the investigating officer said nothing was going to happen to me and no charges were going to be brought up on me yet in March the 19th of 2020 they wrote notice 2 put me on a three day suspension so I had seven days to reply to that and when I did come up with my reply he or they took off the three day notice for suspension and said that they were going to fire me because I had inappropriately spoke to a young lady at the job so after I have spoke to I put me in my reply and I spoke to the director they fired me they gave me the option to file with the special console or the merit system protection board I chose the merit system protection board I went to trial with them they sided with the VA but they said I can also appeal to the EEOC I appeal to the EEOC they said that I had no case but they gave me permission to sue now the problem I have is I am service connected with the VA 100% schizophrenia I have a problem trying to communicate with this case so I did a file with the federal court system and they accept it my complain and I thought I was doing the right thing by asking for a summary judgment and then I received a letter from the judge or an order from the judge to amend the deficient complaint I really need someone to help me write the complaint properly it would definitely be helpful if I can get someone to represent me in court
