Need a coming soon page application in RUBY ON RAILS

I have launched 15 Rails applications since 2016. I have integrated PostgreSQL databases and user authentication with username and passwords into all of my previously developed applications. So, I can confirm that I am able to complete this work within 2 days. My company's portfolio can be viewed here: [login to view URL] I would set up the rails application with a Postgres database. Then, I would add a table that allows you to collect emails on the coming soon page. I can implement Google captcha in the email form to prevent bots from adding fake email addresses. The backend would be accessible by an admin user that can view the list of emails. The admin user's module would be developed with the Devise gem. So, the app would have a users table that allows your admin to sign in and review the list of emails that have signed up on the coming soon page. This allows your team to log in and review the list. I would also add a link that allows you to download the email list in Excel. Finally, I can launch the app on Heroku or AWS if that is required.
