Looking for Guest Blogging Services - repost

Hi, I have some very specific requirements in regards to SEO. I am not looking for just a link builder - I want someone who can build relationships with bloggers in our industry and and obtain quality links through the use of interviews, articles/guest blogs and other safe techniques. I only want to achieve links with sites that are relevant to our niche, so spammy websites should not be considered. Please ensure you understand exactly what I am requesting above. I do not want links created in directories, social bookmarking sites, article submission sites, or any other free link building exercises. Although not specifically necessary, if you have the skillsets to provide quality content this could also be made use of.
