NOTES: I have included instructions for each section below under the area labeled NOTES. Please ensure 100% accuracy in following the instructions I have given as inputing incorrect information into this spreadsheet will keep the needed information from being uploaded correctly to my website.
Further, the information in this spreadsheet will serve as a master document with which I will make updates to the entire site; therefore, please double check your work and make sure it 100% correct.
Formatting
* This is an e-commerce website therefore, SEO (search engine optimization) and SMO (social media optimization) is critical to the financial success of the website.
* DO NOT use bold fonts for any words in row 1 of the spreadsheet.
* Please ensure that
**Product_Code Column**
**NOTES:**
* Use the product code/item code as contained in the Wise Company, Inc. Drop Ship Wholesale Pricing, 2011 data sheet.
* Ex. 05-501
**Product_Name Column**
NOTES: Use the following instructions only for products 05-501 to 05-706.
* Use the document: Wise Company, Inc. Drop Ship Wholesale Pricing 2011
* Visit [[login to view URL]][1] , search for and start with the first product on the list: Item No. 05-501, 6 Case Pack - Cheesy Lasagna (2 servings packs)
* Remove any information about cases or packs
* Rename each product to start with the phrase Food Storage Meal followed by the name of the actual meal.
For example:
The first product on the drop ship document is Item No. 05-501 6 Case Pack - Outdoor Cheesy Lasagna (2 Serving Pouch)
Rename it to: Food Storage Meal - Outdoor Cheesy Lasagna
For products 05-510 to 01-184, please keep the names as they are listed in the pricing sheet.
For products 40-40240 to 40-44320 please keep the names for both products and images exactly as they are found in the pricing sheet; however, for all images, please use the following notes.
**Image column**
General Notes:
* To help with the SEO and SMO, please use dashes between image names; for example:
* For SEO value, please use dashes to separate each word in the image name.
* Each image must have the product name included in it along with either of these phrases as they fit with the type of product:

**Weight column**

* All weights must be copied here. DO NOT INCLUDE THE LBS. symbol.
* Use the weight listed in the Drop Ship Pricing 2011 document under the column Wt.
**Shipping_Price column**
NOTES: In this column, please input the word Active for each product that you've worked on.
**Description column**

* Look at the source html code for each product, select the coding which describes the product and paste it into the spreadsheet in this field.
