Help with promotion/mentions on Reddit, Quora, StackOverflow and other resources

We develop non-profit projects for web-analytics and want to promote them to the community - without spamming or any questionable means. If you have accounts with good reputation on Reddit, Quora, StackOverflow and other popular resources, we will pay you for indirect advertizing - namely for quality mentions of our service as an answer to relevant questions, publications etc. These posts, comments or publications need to be done in a way that the resources don't ban them treating them as spam or what not. We are willing to pay good money for quality work. Current project details: [login to view URL] is a search engine specifically designed for research of SSL-certificates. It allows to analyze data about organizations, its domains and activity. For example, a new domain registration in California could indicate the beginning of operations of a new start-up; a change of certificate from Wildcard to Let's Encrypt could hint at a decline in the financial state of some company; and issue of a certificate for a domain of a different organization may could mean a collaboration between the organizations, or even an acquisition. We plan to launch new non-profit services every 3 to 4 weeks. The services will include a tool to analyze domains and subdomains, subnets, IPs and NS servers. We are looking for people who have significant presence on Reddit, Quora, StackOverflow and other frequented resource; people that can help tell target audience about our tool in a way that it is not a spam or outright advertizing. For example, through answering relevant questions, publications in relevant channels etc. If we have positive results, we can discuss full-time involvement.
