Hello, In your case I will go for Personally reviewing and extracting data, so, nothing gets missed. I will arrange all the data Company wise in a new spreadsheet. In this new sheet you will be able to see the number of contracts each company won in the respective year, value of each contract and the contracting authority. In the remaining columns I can also give any other information that was available in the original sheet, if required. Academically, I am a Boston University graduate. There is no way a tool can be made unless the spreadsheet has all columns lied down beautifully like you need in each columns so a PHP script will take all of these datas and add in MYSQL and then we can segregate what you need from this database and show it in a report. Otherwise each document has to be reviewed,analysed and then another csv file has to be created for year,contact,company,contract authority etc and then from it i can create a script and show you in PHP as report for all you need. you may think i BID more but this work needs quality and accuracy so there should not be any mismatch of data of any.
