Face recognition project for kononovia

I would like this of face recognition and counting people in crowd. There should be an option to add some images in database and name them with some title. When that live person will come infront of the camera app should recognize his/her face and give us an alert. We could install the cctv in some hall or open place in some public function and through CCTV camera our app should be able to count the people by giving them some numbers. Like to first person it should give number 1 and to 2nd person it shud guve number 2 and to other people it should give other numbers.
