Freelancer - VBscript and Python work -- 3

Hi, I am looking for some assistance with web scraping information from a website. I need the extraction to be extremely quick and accurate. I am new to python, so I’ll need further assistance in understanding how to install and use the program. I have a drafted a requirements document with step by step instruction. Please note, that this is just one part of a larger project that is already in commencement. Given this, there will be further work available. Also, logistically I would prefer for the python script to be called upon by an excel script/button. This is because it needs to fit in nicely with other areas of the project.
