Inbound Callcenter PBX Switchboard We are an Inbound Callcenter handling calls for several hundreds of customers. We are now interested in having developed a complete new Switchboard with this major features: Build on a well known open source PBX Switchboard fully designed for this specific purpose in relation to functions and layout Receiving data from a CRM system, preferable our Podio CRM, as we have a Customer Access build in this. The basic functions are answering calls from multiple customers, forward calls to their employees or take a message and send it automatically by email or text message to the employee. The more advanced functions are various lookups in external and internal databases retrieve helpful data together with the call, various customized popups at customer level with scripts, alerts, etc, various customized extra mandatory fields in the message box, and a lot more in this area.
