Python script to scan spreadsheet and export similar data

I need a script written that will accept two input files and generate a third file as an output. What the script needs to do is the following: Read a compressed “.gz” file and put the contents into memory. The .gz file will contain a spreadsheet containing many rows and columns of data. What we are interested in is Column K labeled “CLIENT_IP_ADDRESS”. This column contains IP addresses that we will scan and, based on input parameters, copy select IP addresses from this column and insert them into a new output CSV file. The second input file is a CSV containing IP addresses in Column A. We are interested in exporting all similar IP addresses from the compressed .gz file. This is done by scanning the contents of the compressed .gz file and exporting all IP addresses of the same CIDR as the other input file’s IP addresses. We are interested in finding all IP addresses of the same CIDR in the compressed .gz file. All of these 1 – Read compressed “.gz” file and place the contents of Column K into memory 2 – Scan an input CSV 3 – For the first ip address in the input CSV, scan all the contents of Column K and export any ip addresses with the same CIDR 4 – export these ip addresses to a new CSV file, and copy what was in columns B, C and D in the original input file into the new output file.
