Smartsheet expert required

The system would have a master spreadsheet which would have differing rows and columns accessable to differing business roles. Each role and person would have a username and password Ie. Lead generators: - enter data by phone to create a new project - access calender - track project progress with limited column vis ability - have invoices automatically generate linked to cell dates and project size if project results in a sale - file attachments - to upload photos to be linked to projects Appointment setters - view calender single and group view - to vid lead generator appointments visually on a map view - add data - send out appt data by email to sales people. Sales: - to populate data fields on tablet/laptop. - to link data to excel sheets to illustrate customer options with various tables and graphs - to link data to opt - To generate a order online with customer and have fields populate project cells - To accept signature on orders with digital pens on tablets - link to discussion forum - follow up alerts from leadsProposal person: - to merge data to excel and ppt - to merge data to sections of a pre existing PDf form Admin - customer ticket system - finance documents with merged data from project fields to save time - up date supplier pricing table and installer contacts Operations - to vow critical order of materials and booking of installers within a linked gannt chart which collectively recognises a bill of materials to be ordered with estimated pricing. - to maintain a inventory stocktake and have alerts and reminders for required orders - to generate Po for approval - to use calender and linked email - to add notes and attachments to job for system design Installers: - to have a commissioning phone view with picture uploads - to generate invoice - calendar access - access to certain project attachments but not others Accts Rec/payable: - to link expense input to job - to keep track of business payment dates and due dates to receive payments - to illustrate this on a cashflow sheet with actual and budget revenue and expenses and cashflow profit to budget - to check invoices against project progress and submit for payment approval. - to export to accounting software ie zero, quick books, Lyon etc Management: - get reports and see all and filter all information for each role - to do list - group calender and gannt chart and cashflow and resources availability and materials stock vs order requirements Marketing: - online marketing email - new technology campaigns
