Speech Recognition Demo application and Find best Open-source library for same

Background: ----------------------- I want to create small Desktop software for Speech recognition. I will feed my data/commands for Speech recognition. For Example: Start Process, End Process, Calculate….etc So accordingly it will calculate and give me output as voice. ========================================== (Freelancer Task) Research Task: ========================================== 1) You need to find out good Open source library which can fulfill this requirement. I searched, according to me Python will be good fit as language but need to find open source library. – Give your research, which Programming language and which Open source Library will be best? 2) Need to find out which GUI programming we have to use for Desktop Tool. For example if we are using Python then we need to use PyQT, PyTK..etc? for GUI Form ? 3) Demo for Setup Open source Library and create one Demo-Application example for use.(How to Setup and Use) 4) IF we add many commands/Request for Speech to Text, For Searching/Comparing Speech-Text/Processing will be use too much CPU Power? Or it can be handle in single Computer/Laptop. 5) How can i design this type of application which can take few fixed predefine 100/200 command and process it. do we require server or we can do these processing in local PC/laptop ?
