I would like to commission a 3D Modeller [Creating Nude Model] [One model]

I need a model created of a character for blender or another 3D program that someone else may be comfortable with. It doesn't need to be blender, my budget is around 200 dollars and I can go higher. I'm looking for someone who can make the new Smash Ultimate Zelda's model with a nude body. I was wondering if they can make it like the one in the example of the gif and the anatomy of the example of the picture.
