Job Description: – 3D CAD design to extrude facial features of the joker to appear raised. Similar to how packaging looks over an existing retail product. – Create custom plastic faces (2 of them for the front and back) – The plastic sheets used will be translucent so you can see the light shining through. Might be better if the whole thing did not illuminate, but only shine through certain areas by placing LED’s in it. Vinyl stickers or paint will be used to cover the face of the device. – Electronics – Electronics should include a motor that will drive in one direction. A/C to power the motor and lights. Lights will be LED (Super Bright). MP3 files provided by client to achieve sounds desired. When pushing the button, the lights will be on and the joker head will rotate. When the button is pushed, the joker will say “joker” then “laugh”, and the lights will strobe, rather than stay lit for a certain period of specified time. assembly time and purchasing an existing pole.
