3D artist in architectural design, real estate modeling

Hi, my name is Christian and I am a business owner from Germany. Together with my 6 brothers we are having several companies in Real Estate, car dealership and eCommerce. Our companies are constantly growing for more than 15 years already - thanks to god! While working with several freelancers in the past few years we are now looking forward to building a team in different areas of our business abroad. As for our first new employee we are looking for a full time 3D artist/ 3D modeling & rendering expert: Tasks - 3D Architectural Design and Layout Planning - Converting 2D CAD plans to 3D models of photorealistic rendered images - Exterior and interior 3D Rendering Skills - good English Skills (especially speaking and understanding requirements) - Experience in 2D graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Experience in 3D product design (photorealistic modeling and rendering —> 3Ds Max, 3D Maya) Personality - highly self-motivated and good in communication - 100 % availability and honesty - very creative and able to develop own great ideas of creating most beautiful designs - willingness to work overtime if really necessary (of course afterwards with holidays of the longer worked hours) Offer - 30-40 hours per week - safe & regular monthly income on long long term corporation (for the next years) - 250-400 USD per month —> depending on availability and experience level —> with potential of increasing rate (bonus payments) - 20 days paid leave days per year - paid leave days for public holidays in your country - flexible working hours - fair working environment in a young and fast growing company - opportunity of being one of the first members of an growing company based in Europe - Possibility to recommend high qualified friends or family to the business (we are just starting to build our team abroad and think about creating a 5-6 people team for all kind of Real Estate related tasks)
