Boutique hotel interior visualizations

Boutique Hotel visualizations - very high quality photo-like 3D renders. What I need from you: - Knowledge how to read architectural drawings - Good eye for visualizations angles and details - Very high quality pictures (fitted to A3 size paper) - Interest and experience to interior visualizations - Full commitment to this work - tight schedule - Delivery of the tasks on time! (timetable for this work is 2 weeks) - Agreement not to publish visualizations before the August 2020 Task list of work: 1. 2 pieces of visualizations from restaurant/cafe 2. 2 pieces of visualizations from reception and waiting area 3. 3 pieces of visualizations from the hotel aisles with details of the guidance texts 4. 2 pieces of visualizations from the sauna area 5. 5 pieces of visualizations from hotel rooms and 3 pieces from rooms bathrooms 6. 3 pieces of visualizations from the office area Total 20 pieces of visualizations. All visualizations must include views from the windows and design as described in the references. I need some flexibility from you to make 1-2 times changes to the visualizations if needed. I will give you PDF format references of each area and 2D Autocad floorplans to make your work easier. PDF format references are going to include for instance: pictures of the site, required furniture (must be used-not any other), light fixtures, floor and wall materials and textiles.
