Good day..... I am an architect proficient in cinema 4D and corona render. I will texture your model with 3k and 4k textures. All textures will contain appropriate channels and optimized for quick render times. HDRI texture used for sky object will be attracted where necessary. Thanks.

I have a large material library for corona/arnold/redshift and octane. I have experience with substance designer and the built in node system to build custom materials as well. I would use the models of the lights in the room for the final lighting of the scene. Finished project should only take about 8hrs at my $20 an hr rate.
