Draw arms legs eyes etc that plug into an existing part, deliver .stl for printing and later .stp files

Create 3 d drawings of animated arms legs, ears, eyes etc - 12 parts total from hand sketches. Finished parts are approximately 6mm-8mm in diameter and 50-75mm long. We will 3d print these parts upon receipt of the .stl files. These printed parts will be used to cast off of but ultimately, we will cut these into a tool. Therefore, we will want to get these files in .stp file format. All parts have a common end piece which is inserted into other components. We will supply this part in .stl and .stp file format. We are a toy company and we are looking to work with freelancers who can accurately replicate the original art in 3d format. Ideally, you will create these in solids which we can use to create CNC tool paths. If you cannot create a solid but can create a 3d program and deliver in a printable .stl file, then please note that and bid accordingly. We might split the job between two contractors as the first step has a short timeline. Attached are examples of the art that you will be working with. Again, the portion identified as "common part" will be supplied in .stl and .stp format, this goes on at least one end of all the parts. The common part is a dimensioned part and the size cannot be changed. Freelancer needs to be able to work with the art director to get final parts.
