Make 3d photorealistics in two apartments in an urban area

I would like to render the interior design of the attached apartments. There are two types of apartments. The smaller one, apartment 80 (see attached files) which consists of two bedrooms, a single room where the lounge and kitchen are located and the bathroom. Apartment 100 which consists of three bedrooms, a single room where the lounge and kitchen are located and two bathrooms (one large and one small). This block of flats is in an urban area, so the design should be modern. In this project, I would like to make 3d photorealistic of the interior space of the two types of apartments. Especially the lounge- kitchen room and one master bedroom of each apartment should be made photorealistic, but other rooms are also desirable. Please, your offer should be the final (no increase in price is made at a later stage) and you have to say which rooms are included at your offer price. Please, keep also in mind that there is time pressure. Project should be completed in 3 to 4 days time!! The quality of the result should be high, close to the reality.
