I'm an Australian, so you'd have a higher quality transcription than you'd get with a lot of the other freelancers. In the past I've transcribed YouTube videos, Annual General Meetings, and other audio only recordings. My day job is a programmer for a small startup. As a result I'm in front of my laptop all day writing software or writing documentation for projects. I'm allowed to work on my own time as long as I finish my projects on time so that gives me a lot of freedom to plan my own schedule. So it will not be difficult for me to transcribe short audio clips throughout the day. 1. My experience with audio transcription I used to transcribe song lyrics from cassette tapes and CD's as a hobby before the internet made that obsolete. I was in China for 4 years working in ministry and I helped transcribe/translate video for teammates. I've recently done a short interview transcription from a contact on Freelancer and have done 2 other samples. My transcription is very high quality, high accuracy and I can pick up on a lot of different accents. 2. Hours of the day available. The most challenging task at the beginning was to have meetings over a very low quality phones, but now I don't have any issues with that.
