VB .Net code to Import Excel Sheet into a DataGridView Control

Hello, i am interested in this project as it is first time to work with employers from argentina i can do the required vb.net code to load data from you input excel sheets then my code will show these data into data grid view control payment after job completion Thank you

How quickly do you need it as I am on holiday until Sunday? I can do a function to return a data grid view with the excel contents. Is this for a web app or desktops?
