Small Fast Project - VB.Net Function - needed in a couple of hours.

Create a simple Function that I can add into an existing project. Function PhoneBuild(ByVal PhoneNumber as String, ByVal Country as String) As String the PhoneNumber will be a mobile number something like 04066443312 the Country will be USA or Australia or United Kingdom etc. a) IF there is a zero at the front of the phone number - remove it b) do a country lookup to find the international dialing code for that country - so for example - USA will be 1, Australia will be 61 there are tables on the web that have the list. example [login to view URL] this one is an excel sheet [login to view URL] c) assemble the number so it would look like +614066443312 and return it. thanks
