Motion Graphics Explainer Video Creation Expert

We are looking for a Motion Graphics explainer video creation expert. We already have a designer that will create the graphics that are needed. What we are looking for. 1. Someone that can put together the storyboard for the video 2. Work with us to determine what graphics we need to have designed/created 3. Work with us to determine what voice overs are needed 4. Take the storyboard, graphics, and voice overs and put them all together into a motion graphics video. We are only looking to work with someone that already has experience doing this and can show us completed videos that were done by you. Thanks
