This code will be used in a Visual Basic program so it would be preferable that the code be done
in VB or a .net language.
If you can do it in another language but don't know a .net language, perhaps I can convert it.
Since this will be used in a application where the user does not have acces to Matlab,
I don't think it will be a good idea to do the project in matlab because (as I understand it)
the libraries that would go with it are very large.
I will provide a table of lift data and can supply a code for computing derivitives of the input data.
The project should return the response data of the position of the masses.
You don't need to code the graphing, I can supply that in VB or if you work in another language, all I need
is the text output of the computations
I have a sample code for RK4 that you might be able to use.

I have a good idea about engine valve and its operation.
I have studied about vibration damping in my course in THEORY OF MACHINE.
I know the vibration have a bad effect on engine timing.
I am also a learner of VB.NET I think this project is suitable for VB.NET as we have to study about statistical data on vibration.
Also VB is a reach platform with many tamplate.
I think it would take to 60 days.

I use visual basic .NET for coding. I have completed a project in Distribution of Lift over the Aircraft Wing SPANWISE. I am sure that i can code the stuff in Visual Basic.
We have experience in coding in numerical methods and also in vibration field. We can develope a code in matlab without using exhaustive library functions.
