Activity Optimiser

Hello, I need to program an activity optmiser with a user friendly front end. It's a series of activities that have constraints throughout the week and based on the selection of the weekly plan, the program must place the activities throughout the week in an optimal fashion, as well as indicate which activities cannot be placed in the weekly plan. It must also have a simulation mode that allows the user to run various changes in order see the impact of changes and when satisfied, can override the current plan with the simulated one. The final result must be printable on a A3 paper format as a report. The front end must be user friendly. It can be an attractive excel front end. I can send more details. Best regards
