We run a very small ISP about 4000IPs. We rent only VPS and Dedicated Servers. your role is to help us in 1. preparing servers with esxi 2. prepare network configuration in vcenter and esxi hosts and then do some testing and fix some errors 3. configure mikrotik router with high QOS tree + desinging addresses based on requirements 4. Configure switch in cluster. 5. If possible replace our old ccr 1009 and Dell 5548
