Problem. Well, I am highly interested in applying for this. I have been working as a Computer Maintenance Technician for 10 years now.
My Area of expertise:
I have fix so many pc issues before like, Laptop wont boot up, blue screen on pc and laptop devices, computer affected by a virus, Disassemble laptop and reassemble for cleaning purposes, Bootloop on smartphone devices, and all of software issues i can't name them all.
Tools I've been using to fix the problem it depends on the pc issues, Need to conduct a diagnosis first before i will troubleshoot the problem. For software issues like corrupted OS i use a reformatting tools (e.g bootable usb os) to clean install a new windows but it needs to back up the important files first. For hardware issues like no boot or black screen of death on laptop devices,ill conduct diagnosis first most cases the problem occurs in graphic card so i need to reball the graphic card to make it work again or change the graphic card chip or if the customer has a low budget and wants to use alternatives but 50% chance of success ill use the re-flowing technique using a heat gun. I didnt meantion all the pc issues that i have fix because its to many, I just mention the common problems that always occur in PC and laptop devices.

I use Team Viewer, Windows Remote Assistance, and Chrome Remote Desktop.
