Open Cart - Website Improvement Plan..

We are looking for an experienced website designer to improve our open cart store/website. First of all, you must have the ability and past experience with coding, web designing and programming. Secondly, you would be required to set up a testing site with an exact copy of our website - the idea of this is to minimize down time by making sure everything is working as it should before uploading the files back to our server. Thirdly, You must be creative, responsible and have plenty of patience - as you would appreciate that "web design" often takes time to get everything absolutely perfect.
