Two small images / banners needed for company website.

I need two small banners / images created for my website. These banners need to fit the theme of the current site and need to look very professional. For the first banner I need a image that incorporates some sort US war ship. The second image has to do with the theme "Employee Owned" The company who this webpage is being created for is owned entirely by its employees and I need an image to represent this. I really have no idea how to represent this so thats what you need to come up with. This also has to fit into the theme of the existing site. The size of the banners /images must be 274 x 116. I expect to get these in an editable Photoshop format and preferably also in a vector format such as illustrator.
