Convert Adobe Illustrator (AI) Design to Joomla Templates

We would like to convert the design made from Adobe Illustrator CS3 to Joomla Latest Version Templates. The template should have the following criteria : 1. Under "Welcome" (in [login to view URL] left side) there should be an image slider, the image slider should have : - Text description - easily can replace the text and images, either external FTP or within joomla admin page. - The slider should support min 7 images and text description. - The slider should be autorun and can adjust the speed - The slider should scroll smoothly 2. On the top right, you will see "Search By District tab" and "Search By Category tab", once click either one of it will slide down smoothly the following : - For "Search By District" there will be 10 Static District, listed in the slider. - For "Search By Category" there will be 24 category, that will be listed in the dropdown slider. - For the idea, you can visit [login to view URL] and see the left side Slider Tab. We want something like this. 3. On the left of the templates, you will see "Facebook" tab. This is also a slider in transparent that will have the link to Facebook, twitter and blogroll. 4. "Find and Eatery" , "Recommend an Eatery" and "Foodster Competition" is all static link to the inside pages. 5. At the top where it says "RM5000 Cash Prizes", is the banner section. 6. At the top where you will see 2 logo "SelangorShines" and "Tourism Selangor" is the 2 logo that will link to 2 separate link. 7. At the bottom/footer, should have bottom menu, that can be added via Menu Manager in Joomla. 8. For Content pages, the image [login to view URL] will self explain. We wanted this job to be done urgently, if possible within 2-3 days. If not , please let us know your estimate time completion. The designer should convert the page to be exactly as in the AI. The designer must be creative and know when to convert the image in JPG and when it should be in GIF to increase the website loading speed and also to maintain the image quality. The designer must know exactly how to slicing the image, especially background, so that the image may be small, Eg: 1px X 20px but repeat to fill the area, thus will reduce the website loading time.
