Urgent E-Commerce Experts only ....

Hi , I have a Magneto online shop with very few electronic products that needs an upgrade to the latest stable version. A part from this, I would like to have a new template with elegant and simple design adapted to my current and future needs (bigger online shop with thousand products) and well, in case the template does not fit perfectly, just make some small modifications. Then, we would also need to solve some problems we have with our current version and improve our efficiency and the user experience: 1. PROCESSING ORDERS - We would like to use the shop for all the orders, this means those made by the customers online, but also those by phone or Email, so we can manage them easily with Magento. - Then, we need to be able to modify prices, products, shipment options and its costs, in every order; this means that some clients have special prices and conditions for certain products, so we need to be able to modify the variables in the orders, in the same way that some clients want to change an order, so any modification on it would be needed. Also those variables like the exclusion of VAT in some regions of our country, EU companies and exports - Customers should receive Email confirmation once they place the order and paid, and also if there is any modification, state of the process, etc. - States of the process should go from pending, processing to completed, I guess, so we can manage from the web easily and the clients are clearly informed - I would like to be able to write private comments on any order in the Magento manager, this means that we use the comments internally, but the clients do not get them 2. PAYMENT METHODS - Bank transfer - Credit card (configure with our TPV) - Cash on delivery: we should be able to write the conditions we have: minimum 3 Euros and from X amount 2,5% with maximum of 30€ - Paypal: add commission of paypal (3%) for those who chose this method, and configure our account and I do not want to have the same problem that we have now and it is that all Paypal orders show as "completed" automatically 3. BILLING - we need the optional field for Identity card number or fiscal number (for companies), our current version does not have it - Orders from specific regions in our country do not pay VAT, same as EU companies and exports out of EU. Thus, we need our shop to let those clients proceed with the payment without VAT. Moreover, this options should be available to modify in case of any problem or modification of the order. 4. SHIPPING OPTIONS -We need to be able to let clients choose from different options and in both national and international shipments - We would like to offer Free shipping for orders above 100€ per country, and for certain products cheaper than 100€ also per country -We also need to link the order shipment with the forwarder, for instance, when we prepare and ship the order, our customer will receive an Email from Magento stating that his order has been sent and he can check the status with the tracking number; thus, I think it is done with the Plugin that DHL, UPS and those forwarders develop for Magento 5. MARKETING - Discounts for next purchases generated and applied automatically - Best sellers adapted to each category - New products box showing the newer ones 6. SEO - Magento well implemented for SEO, so we can work on it 7. WEB 2.0 AND SOCIAL NETWORKING - People writing comments and questions in the products - sharing the products in Facebook and twitter Google+ and other networks - "I like" buttons 9. SECURITY - Well implemented to avoid problems Well, this is more or less the first phase of our project, so we look for someone professional to keep on working with us for long period.
