Social Network website upgrade!

Hello, I currently have a small social networking webiste where users can upload photos daily and share with their friends.. I already have the code, it has been developed with "elgg". so i need someone to basically to put the website code onto my server, the website is already written and developed i just need someone to take all the files and put it on the server. I also need someone to fix some key parts. I need someone to improve the registration part of the website, and make it integrated with facebook, so that users can sign in with their facebook account. I also need someone to upgrade the administration panel of the website. I have someone making an app that users can upload pictures from their iphone onto the website and i need a coder to help with that transition.. Lastly, i have a section where every day there is a section that the pictures submitted on a given day will be rated and the top ratings in a network will be posted as a "top picture" so i need someone to code for an algorithm that puts the top pictures (depending on most viewed, most liked, most commented, etc) in this section.. I lastly, need someone to upgrade the "network" section of this social network where users can select a network (college or city location) to atttach their profile to.
