Build a website with proved ad-sense revenue

We need a website which would act as a passive source of income for us. We do not care about which theme is selected or which type of website is designed but it has to be 100% legal and 100% within google adsense t&cs. We are looking for experience developers only who have a proved track record in getting constant revenue (At least $20 a day to begin with). Hired person would be resposible for: 1). Selecting a domain 2). Selecting a shared hosting 3). Website designing and development 4). Applying for ad sense (Using our account) and getting it approved 5). Any illegal method to generate clicks would be identified and would mean immediate termination of contract 6). Site should be 100% legal and we would need proof of revenue generation. Though we would prefer the site to be built using asp.net but if we can get results using any other language. It won't be an issue. Looking forward to your bids and questions.
