Convert Web Design To Webpage

We are looking to engage with a front-end web developer to convert complete website design files (PDF, Photoshop, Fireworks or Illustrator) to a full set of HTML5/CSS3 responsive website templates. There will be 1 template required: - General Page We will provide the design for the webpage template, and are happy for you to use your own judgement for the tablet and mobile layouts. Suggest a fluid layout down to tablet and stackable elements for mobile. We expect the resultant website template to conform to the following criteria: • Well structured semantic HTML5 that is optimised towards onsite search engine performance. Structured data should be used where appropriate ([login to view URL]). • Built around a grid layout, so we can easily add/edit elements when building other pages based on this layout. • Modular CSS that allows for style re-use across different templates (layout styles and content styles separated). Happy for you to use a framework such as bootstrap, foundation or pure. Use of SASS, LESS or Stylus would be preferred. • Use of JavaScript where necessary (jQuery preferred). • Website templates should be compatible with IE8 upwards. • Easily extendable code that we can build on in the future. We would expect any interested parties to show examples of work done previously that conforms to the above criteria as well as work under NDA. As a note, we’d also be interested to hear if you have any other skills that could be utilised, e.g. WordPress theme development. If successful, we would be looking to engage with you on an ongoing basis. NOTE: This page template will be 1 of 5, however we only need one template creating. Each of the 5 will just have its elements in different colours. In this example, the current page colour is purple (#5B2C90) and should be the active state of the 1st icon in the top nav. This should be the only active icon on this page. Any instance of this colour will also need to be available in the following colours: Orange: #F37828 (Active state of 2nd icon in top nav) Green: #23913B (Active state of 3rd icon in top nav) Red: #CD192A (Active state of 4th icon in top nav) Blue: #007CC4 (Active state of 5th icon in top nav)
