Create 1 Page WordPress Landing Page for $10

I have a budget of $10 to create a simple 1 Page WordPress landing page. I have a Wordpress website here: http://www.herhealthstore.com. I want to install a landing page in a sub folder called "Hair And Beauty" like this: [login to view URL] You need to add an image of woman on left and design details for signup form in a box on the right. You must then add Mailchimp autoresponder at bottom of details on the right and customize it so that it matches the landing page. You must add About Us, Contact Us, Privacy and Terms links to landing page and link to the pages on the website. These pages are already created on main website, you just have to create a small menu (Like in my mockup) with links to the pages. See my Mockup that I uploaded with this project.. I can pay $10 for this Project and I need someone that can start immediately.
