I have worked extensively with Kentico. If I remember correctly you need to upgrade the version of Kentico for it work work in integrated mode. I can do the upgrade from version 7 to 10. It incremental so it would be a upgrade path like 7 to 8, then 8 to 9 then 9 to 10. The version 10 UI is different but better. I've done a version 8 to 10 upgrade before. I'll need the source code for your website and the Kentico database file.
