Get Subscribers for my websites

I do have a music directory website , a home maintenance website and African Hub directory that I will love to have subscribers register for I am looking for someone who can be dedicated to about 10 hours a week to do some social media marketing for the websites and hopefully get subscribers to the site. Will love to pay on a weekly basis and also on a subscribers basis. You will get paid subscribers commission once the subscriber pays initial subscription. Let me know your track record and how much you will want to be paid weekly. My target is 5000 subscribers for each website so let me know how long you it will take to get the subscribers breaking it down. Ideally will love this to be completed within 6 months - 12 months. Websites are (1) A music directory website (2) A home maintenance directory website (3) An African Hub Directory Details will be provided only when I see detailed plan of action and specifics of your proposals.
