Plan and teach a Windows Server-Network

We are an IT-Web-Agency from Vienna. For an actual already deployed and running Windows-Server-Network we search for an experienced Microsoft System specialist that helps us to analyse and take over an actual running Microsoft Network. On location: (Windows) with 20 PC's on Windows Server & Exchange & Active Directory, Windows 7. On location we have a small private company server room with basic Server, Patch, Switch, Backup setup. Tasks: Plan and teach us with Windows Server Network. Upgrade Windows/Server with us. Secure Network and Backups. A bunch of patience and fun sharing knowledge is important for this job. Goal: You should understand the installed Server System and to teach us how to maintain and upgrade it safely so it grows stable and fast! Full rewarding only if we have no special downtime from actions, since this is important in an critical windows live work environment. What else to say, most of the tasks we can talk over video chat or on location if possible. So, looking forward for your entries!
