Convert Word Doc to Pages on MAC in same layout

Hello we have a business that is designed in helping young girls with finding there inner self and know how to be the best person they can. We are developing a training package for others to be able to use globably. What we need is someone that is good with transferring a word doc format and format it the same as we have done on the MAC. Reason why is because we have had another staff member writing contenet in word doc format however most of the work is done on Pages on mac and we need all the conttent to be done in the same layout and look. Firstly there is about 20-30 booklets made up of 4-5 pages that will need to be converted. If this is something you can do please let me know so we can talk more.
