I would like to hire a WordPress Developer

I started to build my site & realized that it is way beyond my knowledge. Basically, I want my site to be a comment site. It's called [login to view URL] and is designed as an anti-Trump comment site, where people from around the globe can just vent & complain or comment on facts about Trump, his cronies or his family. Facts that are known or unknown. I also am selling three (3) slightly different BUMPER STICKERS for $3.95 apiece with FREE SHIPPING in the lower 48 states in the USA. Similar to MSN's old COMMENT section, I want free availability to readers BUT REGISTRATION to leave a comment. Registration will go into a database. The only three pieces of info for registration are USER NAME, PASSWORD and EMAIL ADDRESS. I want a statement on the front page that lets people know that PRO-TRUMP comments may be removed, so people know up front that they can join and try to be a muckraker but it's at least advertised, which will discourage most. BTW, is there a reasonably effective way to protect content from being hacked by most "fair" hackers?? In order to register I want two check boxes marked - 1) TERMS OF SERVICE (which also has the PRIVACY POLICY in there) and 2) an OVER 13 check box. The only media I want on the front page, for now, are pix of the bumper stickers. I may eventually want to post news stories. We can discus this, on how to grow this site if it takes off.
